I love my Mercedes C 300 Sport. A couple of things: The standard are SUBOPTIMAL. The standard is just ok. I love the, but wish it also had beeping sonar. The is a bit in and feels a bit artificial (my guess is due to it being electric and not hydraulic maybe?).

The is excellent, is excellent. The power is pretty good.

Haynes Mercedes-Benz repair manuals cover your specific vehicle with easy to follow pictures. Mercedes-Benz C-Class (01-07) Haynes Repair Manual.

The is a 10/10. Excellent, fit, and finish. TOP quality materials, and that includes the MBtex, which I actually prefer.

If the standard and were better, it would be a solid 9/10. I purchased the C 300 because I believed in the myth that German engineering was excellent. This is a myth. The is annoyingly noisy, which I was told after purchasing and driving the car, that the knocking is normal and not repairable. Are German engineers incapable of designing a quiet? The placement of the lever controls on the are so poorly placed that and the directional control are easily confused.

The third problem was that the car was manufactured and sold with a bad differential. The car is a disappointment, and my experience adequately supports my assumption. I do not like the because of the run- are too stiff for a (not because BMW does it, doesn't mean they are the best and I don't like stiff ). The aren't spread out on the road and doesn't reach far enough, means make the LED standard.

Don't need for the start/stop device, just make it optional to turn off permanently on all drives. Don't like the ventilation system that cycles to open, even when I like it closed.

Don't like the car doesn't have or nay changing tools. Don't like the that can't be turn off and no off position on the switch. Put a dipstick on the and stop trying to bring customers in the dealerships to extract money from them by charging an arm and a leg with just for consultation repair or oil change. The hesitates on hard from 1st to 2nd and 2nd to 3rd and irritating. No foglight to brighten the road when needed (during fogs or smoke areas). Originally Reviewed on Oct 29, 2016 Why don't you make the start/stop device optional or have a switch to turn it off permanently and so with the fresh air ventilation the same; that is, able to turn it closed permanently?

Have the part of the sale, to get only the LED. Have a dipstick for the.

Have a so as I have the to buy regular inflated, not the semi run-flats that you put in. I saw the for the at the and there is no for it on the well. Why have amber rear turn signal bulbs, when it isn't being used. If there is no, why doesn't Mercedes provide a puncture sealer and an air compressor, instead of being stranded on a deserted road at night? Why can't the car owner order power and optional after sale service? Why is there a need to buy a panoramic with the rear car having opening? Why is there no foglight for this C 300?

Why is the switch without an off position, when we want it off? Why not make all for it with the eyebrow LED for daytime running, while my model has a LED daytime running below the main beams? Why not make an adjustable switch together with rain-sensing? Why not make a voice-activated telephone caller like my 2014 Volkswagen Passat TDI?

Why not have some changing tool sets in case there is a need for it, including drivers (interchangeable tips), pliers and certain spanners, including some fuses? Try contacting me further down the line to put more improvements for the C-Class?

IT Interface is quirky, and has some issues. Hands-free is not hands-free unless you purchase the SD card or package.

At 68–72 mph car has a /harmonics in the front end, it seems to be in all the 2016 Mercedes C 300s that I drove including their loaners. Not impressed for my first Mercedes coming from GM Brands previously.

This /harmonics should have been caught during engineering development. Overall satisfaction with the car is not great. I probably will go with a GM product next. To bad I am stuck with this vehicle under a lease for 39 months.

Originally Reviewed on Jun 26, 2016 I bought this C 300 Mercedes for the, and for the three weeks I have owned it I am very disappointed as there is a nationwide problem for the last three weeks and the mbrace does not work. If I could return this car I would as Mercedes does not take this outage to mbrace and internet service seriously. Keeps saying Internet Service is temporarily unavailable. Three weeks is Temporary:( I am thinking Merceds does not have service level agreements with their programmers or they have been hacked.

Do I need to worry about a hacker controlling my car.I am not sure now. Are showing excessive wear. Looks like they will have to be replaced by about 11K–12K miles, which is unacceptable. Learning curve in the beginning was very steep and MB, and dealership provided minimal support.

I was basically on my own with a 400 page manual, which turned out to be only part of the manuals that I needed. Has quirks/problems that should just not be there in a premium system. For example: there are real problems synching the with iOS 9, which has been out over a year!

There are some I would like to have available on the main panel while underway that either do not exist or I still have not figured out how to. Good example of poor info: checking while underway. It must be accessed via the buttons and is down the menu tree about four levels, all of which must be navigated while driving. I want to emphasize how unhappy I am with the wear problem.

Currently I have driven the C 450 about 4,700 miles—all of which was normal highway driving. Current tread depth on the front Conti Sport is between 7/32 and 8/32. This means I will need to replace both at about 11–12K of or just about the amount of I drive in a year. I would like to also emphasize how abandoned I felt just after I took delivery on the C 450 in terms of the steep learning curve for this car. The primary (hardcover) owners manual is 400 pages long and not an easy read. Later on, I discovered that the section on the was not even included in the hardcover owner's manual. It felt like i was given the manuals and a brief 15 minute overview of the controls, and then I was on my own to learn and master this complex new car.

Finally, overall, I love the car, but the two problems listed above really irritate me and leave me disappointed in terms of what I would have expected from my first MB car. Originally Reviewed on Mar 28, 2016 It turns out that the MB website announcing the introduction of the C 450 offered options that changed when the car actually was open to being ordered. (1) The indicated they would be perforated in the package. They are not. (2) were listed as being included in the package. They were not.

(3) The system was listed as standard. (4)Hyacinth red was offered as a. It is not; only Cardinal red. (5) 'Badge Delete' was offered as an on the original order sheet, then it was inexplicably omitted. It seems that in some cases the options for the C 300 were left on the website and were not changed (initially) for the 450 model. That caused confusion (and disappointment) for those of us who ordered the car before it hit the showroom.

Updated on Oct 16, 2016 I LOVE the and the LED on this baby! Thank you for discontinuing that ridiculous /signal switchback system.

I hated that! I am glad this C300 did NOT have that switchback signal system, the one that switches OFF the daytime when the signal were turned on in the daytime. Thank you, thank you! And my only complaint is the hard thumps on the rear when you hit the slightest bumps in the street OR highway! It should smoother in the rear, as in the front.

Food for thought. Otherwise, the 2017 C300 Coupe is a thrill to! A real head turner!

The is a 10/10.

Excellent, fit, and finish. TOP quality materials, and that includes the MBtex, which I actually prefer.

If the standard and were better, it would be a solid 9/10. I absolutely love the vehicle, but these are some suggestions for the future: I wish I could disable the auto stop-start completely—it defaults to 'on' at each start up. I really wanted the upgraded AMG, but they did not offer /ventilation. Fit of body panels is a little off—especially the front hood. I wish the could be moved manually to get to the —the is cumbersome. I wish there was a way to turn off those silly assistance devices—they activate every time I open the even if I don't get in. I would also like the ability to manually turn on the without using the auto —it often gets confused by street lamps.

The distance pilot is goofy—it should allow for greater distances than 300 feet. None of the or the engineering of the w205 is innovative.

The Command system I find difficult to use and defective from the knobs in the center to the. It is slow and so complicated to use that it is a serious hazard and distraction on the road. The has a terribly difficult to use and is also very distracting when simply trying to turn on the air while driving. Controls in the should be quick and simple, not a slow, highly customizable, glitchy, difficult to use computer! The is made of cheap parts that feel like they can be torn out with a pinky finger. Needs to be completely redone.

It is only aesthetically pleasing, not so functional. However is good looking and slightly more functional with the AMG package. I am a little frustrated by the on my stereo. Although I am the principle user, we usually use my wife's mobile for music. Each time it tries to sync to my phone, and it takes us some time to get her phone connected. The trim leaves fingerprints on the highly polished plastic. Looks great initially but requires regular cleaning to stop smudges.

Is great—like the one touch adjustment between drivers. The closing sounds 'tinny,' which cheapens the overall effect of the car—could be the license plate holder. I love driving my car.

Don't expect all the little luxuries that you think would be standard on this type of car, because unless you order everything extra you will be very disappointed. Our salesman said yes, everything we asked about will be included. He was very wrong. We love the miles per gallon 27–30 around town, love the classic of the car, but really miss. Yes, please make better standard on your vehicles, are great if you are in a crash, but better vehicle could prevent that crash, and please move the tuner.

It is in the just about the dumbest place. We bump it and then have to fool with it to find our station again. Would also like to be standard, as it was not included on our C-Class. I was shocked to find that my 2016 C 300 was not as high performing as my previous 2008 C 300.

This was most disappointing to me after driving it for several weeks. This is my single and only real issue with my car. I expected the best quality of as a standard for Mercedes Benz in general.

The of my car is not even close to what I would expect out of the brand. This is something that I did not even factor when evaluating my car as I did not think I had to.

A lesson learned and one that probably will make me consider other brands when looking in the future. I feel like an idiot for not evaluating before signing—I will live with it.

I had been driving MB cars since 2003, so I honestly had total faith in the until about a month ago. Will not make that mistake again. Other than that, the car is excellent! MB C 450 is a great car for those who are looking for a midpoint between traditional Mercedes and and Mercedes-AMG. It offers more and dynamic driving experience than standard C-Class models. It does not have the earth- power that Mercedes-AMG vehicles have, but it fills the gap in between with other that Mercedes-AMG vehicles don't offer such as a system.

The downside is that the car is not cheap. Mindfulness therapy techniques. With all options, it costs as much as a base C 63.

Therefore it is not the right car for those that are power hungry.

For questions about the TrueCar Auto Buying Service please call.
