This is a multi-level problem because I have already replaced an inoperative motor assembly and the problem is still not solved. I have power to the motor, no fuses were blown and I can hear the intermittent module clicking at regular intervals with no result at the windshield. Will keep trying. Trying to get FSM for my '03 Outback H6 LL-Bean WagonGot in a couple folders deep then ran into the ' Service Temp unavail' What is available in hard copy/print? Searched and searched but haven't come up with anything worthwhile, some cheapo eBay supposed service manuals on CD or download, those seem to be generic universal manuals not covering the specifics of the particular car. Is there a Factory Service Manual available? Willing to pay a little for a good thorough manual. BMW has Bentley Manuals which are wonderful, anything comparable for '00-'04 Legacy/Outbacks, ( 03 Outback Wagon H6)?

Last time I looked into it, the whole set for the 2004 model year was about $800.
I have purchased the Chilton and Haynes manual for my newly purchased 1988 Subaru GL Wagon 1800 and was looking for a factory service manual and had a question regarding differences. I currently found this one which I can actually afford: 1987 Subaru Full Line OEM Factory Service Manuals - All 4 Volumes or this one, which I cant find at an affordable price. If I can get everything I need from the one above I would rather do that. 1988 Subaru Shop Manual Set DL GL RX Brat (also 4 volumes) I do not think I have found a FSM pdf for this, I am hoping to make one if thats the case to help anyone else who needs to reference it. Any help would be great or if you have a set for sale let me know.
